At some point, you will need to have a follow-up visit with him to ensure that everything is going smoothly with your healing process.
After about one week, you should be able to return to your normal routine. However, you’ll need to avoid strenuous exercise, heavy lifting, and looking down for a prolonged period for at least two weeks.
